Dream big and expect great results!
One of the most important and beneficial pastimes in your life should be to “Dream Big.” And I mean huge. You must dream big and expect huge results. Visualize it in your mind till it becomes crystal clear. Welcome that vision and it will manifest. This is a particular technique in meditation. Here are some steps to get there!
The first step is to spend some quiet time by yourself and think about your future in five years, ten years, or even twenty years from now. What would you want that future to be like? What do you want to see in that future? What would you like to achieve during that time?
Then, replay it in your mind a few times till it is clear and you’re sure of it. And don’t be afraid to dream big or visualize a grand future. Don’t think for a moment that it is too much to ask for. Remember, anything is possible. If you can think it, it can happen, and if you really want it, it will happen. Others have done it and you can too.
The second step is to write it down. Write down what you would like to achieve in a paragraph or so. Read it over and refine it, so that it is clear and concise. If necessary, make small adjustments and get to a final draft. Get to the point where you have no doubts about it. Then, type it out in bold appealing colors to make it stand out and sign it at the bottom with today’s date.
The third step is to frame it. Get a suitable picture frame and frame it. Place it in your bedroom in a spot where you can see it before you fall asleep and let it be the first thing you see when you awaken. Memorize it. You should be able to rattle it off if someone asks you. Remember: it is your vision, it is your future.
The fourth step is to meditate on it for five minutes every night before you go to sleep. Repeat this meditation when you wake up in the morning as well for five minutes before you get out of your bed. In this meditation, visualize yourself in a specific shirt, jacket, hat, crown, chain, etc., or something that stands out. Use that same image every time you start the meditation. That object becomes the signal, the key to the connection; it brings your mind into focus every time you start the meditation. In this five minute meditation, visualize how it will be when you have achieved your goal in the future. Make it so vivid and clear that you can “almost taste it.” As you get better at it over time, this meditation will become clearer and easier. Practice it every day till you see the picture of this “successful you” clearly in your meditation. Utilize your imagination and enlist the power of your thoughts. Envision what your future will sound like when you have arrived at your goal. And most importantly, visualize yourself smiling with a happy face in the end!
The fifth step is extremely important and essential, in conjunction with dreaming big and envisioning your success. This step involves putting in consistent time and effort towards achieving your specific goals. Visualizing your success will aid you in your progress as you continue to work hard and will allow you to stay consistent, so that your vision can come true.
As you do the meditation for a while, in conjunction with consistent effort, you will notice that the goal becomes clearer and the path becomes easier. The universe will start to manifest opportunities to help you along in achieving your goal. To your surprise, you will suddenly meet people who will help you in achieving your goals. The knowledge and information needed to get you there will present itself at unexpected places in unusual situations. The laws of attraction will begin to work in your favor. Pay attention and recognize when these things happen. Welcome them and follow their guidance. You will get there.
Remember anything is possible. If you can think it, it can happen, and if you really want it, it will happen. Others have done it and you can too.
Dream big & expect great results. Think it, believe it, and watch it happen.
